EZ JACK 1

The Blaylock EZ trailer jack and wheel chock makes it easy to change or service a tire on your dual-axle trailer. Simply place the wedge in front of the tire that does not need to be changed. Pull the trailer forward (or backward) up onto the EZ Jack until the flat tire is up in the air.

EZ JACK 2

Flip the wedge over (rocker-side down) to use it as a wheel chock on a flat surface or an incline. Simply turn the wedge upside down and place it in front of or behind a wheel.

EZ JACK 3

Keep the wedge rocker-side up to level out your RV when it's parked on terrain that is not level. Set the unit in front of the tire, with the narrow lip under the tire, and drive your RV forward until the motor home is level.

The EZ-Jack works great. We have used it many times in the past year to level out the pick-up truck and camper, mainly for sleeping comfort. It is very quick and easy to place, and then drive the pick-up onto the jack. We have used it on a variety of substrates, from gravel, soft dirt, to cement. It remains solid in place, no scooting or movement. Smooth to drive off from too. Highly recommend it.

GREAT!!

This may be good for trailers that don’t have wheel wells, but don’t use it on an auto trailer or anything else that has a wheel well. I got a flat while towing my auto trailer from FL to Utah. No problem, I have my new nifty EZ Jack. Rolled up on it and it tore the wheel well up. On top of that it didn’t raise the rear wheel enough to get it off. Luckily I pulled into a Home Depot parking lot to change it. Went into the store, bought a floor jack and got the tire changed. Have this to my brother who has a trailer that sits above the tires. Maybe he can get some use from it. I just have damage from it.

by:

My trailer has a really wide axle spacing so I was a little worried that it would provide enough lift to get the wheel off the ground. The first time, it worked beautifully. The wheel to be changed had more than in inch of clearance to the ground.
Unfortunately, I forgot to install the center-cap with the new wheel so, I got to practice doing it again. This time two concerns arose. First, the EZ-JACK sunk in the ground just slightly mainly because I did not position it perfectly in line with the tire so, it tilted slightly causing it to sink in the ground a little which brings up the second concern that it can get sideways and this could be dangerous. Subsequently, I put a piece of plywood under it which served to stabilize it from the shifting ground not to mention that I made sure to square up the EZ-JACK to the tire.
Ordinarily, the EZ-JACK would be on asphalt or concrete but, still might be good to place a nice piece plywood down and be dang sure you align it with the tire.
Also, worth noting, this is a 10Klb trailer, so.

by:

This is actually my 2nd one of these. Nothing happened to the other one, but I have multiple trucks and trailers and rather than moving stuff back and forth why not get another EZ JACK that makes changing a spare quick and ez

by:

I've used this to change a tire along the Dalton Hwy as well as to level my travel trailer side to side while boondocking and recomend this to anybody and everybody who has a tandem axle travel trailer. It will not fail like some reviewers of the plastic or composite product have reported. For me, it does not eliminate the need to carry boards as I don't like all the weight on one axle for more than a tire change. Also may need to put a board under it on soft or sandy ground. Would definitely buy it again.

by:

Great for changing tire on trailer. Just drive onto chock and second tire is completely off ground. Makes tire changes fast and easy.

by:

I have yet to use it, which is probably a good thing. But I have been on the side of the road with my boat changing blowouts with a tiny bottle jack and nothing else. Not the safest thing in my book. I can see how even on dirt, this would come in very handy and safe. I also volunteer my time at a local high school and they have an 10000lb trailer that we haul to local events and not too keen on using a single bottle jack for that either. Mostly purchased this for safety reasons. Not looking forward to the next blowout, but when it comes, I'll be ready.

by:

I haven’t had to use my Blaylock EZ Jack yet(thank God)but I have practiced with it. It sure seems like it will do exactly what I purchased it for when I actually need it. Great idea for a jack!!

by:

I have a 25 ft flt bed goose neck that I use to carry hay on. Last year (2022) I had a blow out when the trailer was loaded. Fortunately, the service guy that changed my tire was able to jack up the trailer but it was touch and go. I bought a Trailer Aide Plus but with its plastic co truction and a trailer loaded to 15,000 pounds gross trailer weight, I eas concerned. The aluminum Blaylock EZ jack is a better choice for my purposes.

Great products and fast shipping. I appreciate companies like this. Not that many around!
Thanks!

Works very well with my HD truck. Very sturdy and stable

Saved my life on the side of the interstate [south of Montgomery, Alabama (I-65)] ! It was the first time I used it & I looked like a NASCAR pit crew I was moving so fast. Why won't people move over when they see a driver in distress ? Placed the EZ-JACK under the wheel (Gooseneck trailer) , backed up about six inches & That's all it took to make it where I could take the blowout off & put the spare on. I'd recommend doing a good look over when taking it out of the box & file any burrs of before storing it. I'm considering buying another one for the Toy hauler!

Fantastic, Saved my fanny on the side of a Interstate. Believe me, thats no place you want to be! I felt like a One Man NASCAR Pit Crew. FAST, SAFE, Back in the truck where I should be. Not playing dodge ball with Eighteen wheelers!!!

by:

Quality product! I have a dump trailer that I take to the landfill and I am always picking up nails / having flat tires. This jack will save me lots of time and it is much safer that the jacks that I have used in the past. I bought 3 of these, one for each trailer.

Really good, I had a flat on a major roadway with a tractor on my trailer. The jack helped me to be up and running with the spare tire installed in less than 10 minutes

by:

WELL MADE AND CRAFTED they work great for changing wheels or leveling my trailer on really unlevel camping spots. So far I haven’t had to use them, but they look like they will save my back a lot of Grief. I have a bad back, and needed something simple to do these jobs easily.

I decided not to use to use these for Wheel chocks or levelers. I’m just gonna use it for changing tires. Beings after all aluminum, I am afraid someone will steal them. Beautifully made but a big chance they could walk away.

by:

I've only had one opportunity to use the EZ-Jack and unfortunately, it didn't turn out very well. I had a tire go flat on my 20' tandem axle goose neck trailer while it was loaded with about 11,000 lbs of hay while it was parked in the hay barn. I first tried to use the EZ-Jack on the concrete floor but it would slide out from under the tire when I tried to back onto it. It is a very slippery with hay dust and chaff so I decided to try using it outside on the gravel driveway. This time I was able to get the EZ-Jack to stay in place but it wouldn't lift the front axle high enough to be able to remove the tire! The ground was somewhat soft due to recent warm and wet weather but it wasn't even close to being high enough to get the tire off. No time to be messing around in the cold weather so I resorted to using the tried and true bottle jack and have since added a low profile jack for those times when the axle on a flat tire is too low to the ground to get a standard height jack in place.

I haven't given up trying to make the EZ-Jack work, but just haven't had the time to mess around with it. If it doesn't work on the goose neck trailer, maybe it with work on one of my other trailers.

by:

Looks like it’s quality built and would work well on tires that are narrower than mine. But it’s only 155 mm wide and my tires are 235 mm. Unfortunately, I will be returning this as having 1-1/2” overhang (i.e. unsupported tire) on both sides is more than I am comfortable with.

by:

Worked as advertised - needed to swap two tires on a tandem axle boat trailer and this got it done quick and easy. Unit is lightweight but feels durable and strong

Works great after a year probably used 5-6 times total, no cracking or other integrity issues

by:

haven't needed to use it as of now so can't really say if it works

by:

Just as described on line fast ship and Great Quality

by:

The next time we have flat on our camper it will be a great help.

by:

I first found a similar product made of plastic, this is aluminum.
I purchased this design for 2 reasons, first to provide greater leveling capabilities (I had the "lego" leveling plastic plates but they crack and fail also small pebbles get stuck in the mating spaces).
2nd, I like the idea of changing a wheel without using a jack.
When I have the opportunity to get out into the forest again I'll attach a picture of the product in use.

by:

This is a great product! However, one downfall, not to any fault of the manufacturer, but it doesn't;t work f you have leveling jacks. It doesn't clear them and can't use it.

by:

Well made/designed! Very durable!

by:

Your service was fantastic

Great service and super fast shipping! Right in time for my trip! Great job!!

  • Trailer Jacks for Stabilizing and Lifting 5th Wheel Trailer
When you need to remove a hub from your 5th wheel trailer to do wheel bearing inspection and re-packing you'll want to use a jack that lifts the trailer at the I-beam at the side of the frame. Scissor jack stabilizers like # UF48-979002 are not meant for lifting so much as for supporting a portion of the trailer's weight. You certainly CAN use a scissor jack to stabilize the trailer at camp. A safer way to remove your wheel and hub is the Andersen Rapid Jack # AM3620 or the Blaylock #...

  • Will Andersen Rapid Jack # AM3620 Fully Lift Tires on 2016 Forest River Travel Trailer off Ground
I spoke with my contact at Anderson and he estimates that the Rapid Jack, # AM3620, will work for about 98 percent of the trailers out there today. Take a look at the video that I have attached where you will see that by using the Rapid Jack on the front tire, the back tire is raised just far enough to change the tire. The remaining 2 percent of trailers have an independent suspension so raising one tire will not raise the other. You can easily test this by pulling up on a large/thick board. Although...

With the # EZ-JACK curved upward the height is 6 inches like you have said. But with the curve down you can get a little more height. I went out to the warehouse to measure it and came up with an overall height of 7-3/8 inches at the highest point with the # EZ-JACK curve facing down. I have a solution for you, but the # EZ-JACK won't work well on a triple axle trailer. These 10 levelers can be stacked as needed and the space between tires of multiple axle trailers should not be an issue. Yes, the Blaylock EZ Jack and Wheel Chock # EZ-JACK can be used on tandem trailers as a handy method for changing a flat tire. This USA-made aluminum wedge design saves you having to find, unbolt and crank a standard jack and will save you time in the event of a tire failure.
